CANCELLATION POLICY

Softwirelex Ltd will accept cancellation of an order made by a customer, if a written request is made promptly to our website or head office within 6(six) hours of placement of an order and products are not yet dispatched.

However, were cancellation is made after six hours or where the product ordered is already dispatched, the customer will bear the cost of delivery, only in so far as Softwirelex Ltd receives back the product in its original state. Softwirelex Ltd shall not accept or cancel orders where product dispatched was returned damaged, mutilated or handled carelessly.

Softwirelex Ltd reserves the sole discretion to cancel any order without explanations for so doing, particularly, where Softwirelex Ltd is unable to meet the requirements of the order placed or the order does not comply with Softwirelex Ltd policy or there is a breach of its terms and conditions. Where subscriptions have been cancelled, Softwirelex Ltd will ensure that such decisions are promptly communicated to the customer

RETURN POLICY

Our Return Policy on goods purchased and delivered to our customers is 48-hours and the product shall be in its original saleable form and condition. The 48-hours period is to take care of the situation where the customer is not presently available at the time of delivery and the product was received by a proxy on his/her behalf.

However, goods with warranty & within the warranty period can be returned if there is latent evidence of manufacturer’s defect and it is free from poor, mal-handling, carelessness or non-adherence to the product(s) operating manual and instruction by the customer, In that case, the merchant will assume the responsibility and the customer shall give Softwirelex online Store a reasonable time to liaise with the merchant for repair or out-right replacement of the product(s) at no extra cost to the buyer.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A VALID RETURN

1. It is within seven (7) days from the delivery date.

2. The item is in NEW condition. Clothing items must be unworn.

3. The item is in its ORIGINAL packaging, with all accessories intact (including warranty cards, manuals, certificates of authenticity, etc.). Clothing items must have their original tags. Branded electronics and media items (Books, Software, DVDs, Video games) must be unopened with seals intact.

4. If the item came with a free promotional item, then the promotional item must also be returned.

5. It is not a part of the list of exceptions (see below).

6. It is accompanied with a complete RETURN FORM.

Note: We cannot accept returns for defective items after 7 days since delivery. Should you detect any defect with the product and the time frame for returns has elapsed, please contact the manufacturer directly to handle any warranty issues. HOW TO RETURN

Please state your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, the reason (see below) and your preference in regards to  voucher refund or bank refund. In case of bank refund, thanks for providing your full bank details.

2. Softwirelex.com will arrange for retrieval or, in case we do not serve your area directly, we will give you the necessary details to send the item back to us with our logistic partner. The shipping cost will be reimbursed in case your return is valid.

3. Upon arrival in our warehouse, we will conduct a quality check of the item. If a return is invalid then we will notify you and return the item(s) back to you.

4. After this check, we will proceed with the refund.
