We respond to every calls and e-mail made by customers within 24hrs from the time of communication by our trained Staffs even as we supply hardware-engineering support to service and maintain the system & Project.

To eliminate or minimize down-time, a back-up machine will be put in place where the repair cannot be done within 48hours (2days).

We communicate through email, WhatsApp, and phone calls to discuss Softwirelex projects, provide updates, and respond to client enquiries.
