We carry out maintenance within and outside Nigeria. Client’s equipment's are either serviced on-site or in our workshop by our team of qualified engineers, using genuine spare parts as provided by the respective manufacturers.

We respond to every calls and e-mail made by customers within 24hrs from the time of communication by our trained Staffs even as we supply hardware-engineering support to service and maintain the system.

To eliminate or minimize down-time, a back-up machine will be put in place where the repair cannot be done within 48hours (2days).
We communicate  through e-mail, WhatsApp and phone calls.

To ensure customers are highly satisfied with these measures, a systematic audit is put in place.
