The company carries out maintenance within and outside Nigeria. Client’s equipments are either serviced on-site or in our workshop by our team of qualified engineers, using genuine spare parts as provided by the respective manufacturers.
We respond to every calls and e-mail made by customers within 24hrs from the time of communication by our trained technicians.
Supply hardware-engineering support to service and maintain the system.
We service, maintain and repair on site or in our workshop/Office. To eliminate or minimize down-time, a back-up machine will be put in place where the repair cannot be done within 48hours (2days).
We communicate back to the customers through e-mail and phone calls.
We check on our customers from time to time by visitations, calls and email to know if they are satisfied with our products and if they do not have issues as per the machines.
To ensure customers are highly satisfied with these measures, a systematic audit is put in place.
